Dinner and Dessert

Falafel (I baked them, they're usually fried) on naan with artichoke garlic hummus, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and a yogurt sauce made with unsweetened coconut milk kefir, fresh minced garlic, cucumber, white pepper, and dill. Squash pan fried in olive oil with fresh garlic. Lemon spinach couscous (from a box).

Organic raspberries and blackberries were on sale for a $1 a pack, so we stocked up and Bobby made his signature crumble with some of them. A portion with coconut milk vanilla ice cream.

  1. I've never had a falafel before, but they look really good. I love blackberries! They are so good.

  2. They are! They have a really meaty bite to them too.
