Random assortment- guests came in and I got distracted :)



Leftovers- falafel, couscous, yogurt sauce, roasted red peppers and sweet potatoes, some pita chips



Fresh ground no salt/sugar almond butter and blackberry no sugar added jam on whole grain toast w/ white peaches and apricots. Unsweetened coconut milk kefir, water



Leftover medley plus a corn tortilla and fresh avocado, red onion, and tomato

  2. I try to make colorful food, because it's good for you, but also totally superficially I think it looks so pretty on my wooden cutting board (my Great Grandmother's) as I'm chopping it all up :)
