Breakfast

Bobby made whole wheat biscuits, of which I had one and a half. I made a tofu scramble with tofu, red onion, bella mushrooms, black beans, fresh garlic, nutritional yeast, and various spices. Topped with some chipotle salsa. Green, decaf, hot tea plain, glass of water.

  1. Please tell me more about these whole wheat biscuits? Are they somewhat fluffy?

  2. I really liked them. Although, since the recipe is for baking powder biscuits, they're not too fluffy even with white flour. But they're certainly much fluffier and tastier than any other whole wheat muffin I've ever had- that could be Bobby's skill, he has lots of practice because he love baking breakfast things. I'll round up the recipe so you can try it out. We use olive oil in place of butter or lard, and that might be why they seem lighter than other ww biscuits I've tried...
